1. Acceptance of Terms (Mandatory Prerequisite)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Mészáros Gábor E.V. ("Service Provider", "we", or "us") to you ("Client", "User", or "you").

For the use of any of our services, you must carefully read, understand, and accept all of the conditions listed in this document. If you agree to these Terms, they will form a legally binding contract between you and the Service Provider.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, our services will not and cannot be provided to you.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Right to Refuse Service

• Fees & Tax Status: All prices for our services are listed in Hungarian Forint (HUF). The Service Provider operates under a VAT-exempt status (alanyi adómentes); therefore, no Value Added Tax (0% ÁFA) is added to the listed prices.

• Payment Methods: Depending on the specific service booked, payments may be completed via online credit card processing (Stripe), online bank transfer, or in-person via credit/debit card or cash. The exact payment options available for each service will be clearly indicated during the booking or checkout process.

• Right of Refusal & Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel any booking, or terminate an ongoing agreement with any individual or entity at any time, at our sole and absolute discretion. Should we elect to cancel a service prior to its completion, we will initiate a full or proportionate refund to the Client for any unrendered services, ensuring a fair and official resolution.

4. Consumer Rights, Cancellations & Exception to Withdrawal

We do not sell your personal data or media. We only share essential information with trusted, GDPR-compliant service providers required to operate this business:

• Standard Right of Withdrawal: Under EU and Hungarian law, Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion, provided the service has not yet commenced.

• Appointment Cancellations: For services requiring scheduled appointments, Clients must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule (unless specific service terms dictate otherwise). Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee or a cancellation penalty.

• Exception: Because the vast majority of our services and resulting deliverables are custom-made, uniquely tailored, and produced specifically to your individual specifications ("made to order"), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal ceases to apply once the execution of the service has begun. In accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) Section 29. § (1) c) and m), by accepting these Terms and placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that once we have commenced the execution of your customized service, the process cannot be cancelled, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Service-Specific Terms & Conditions

5.1. Music Production Services

• General Services: Our other services (vocal studio sessions, video production, marketing, music distribution, and makeup) are available to all ages. For clients under the age of 16, processing personal data (including voice and video) legally requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• Scope of Work: The agreement covers the studio recording, editing, and mixing of a song chosen and performed by the Client, handled by the Producer.

• Pricing & Timeframe: The base price and the allotted time frame (e.g., number of recording hours) vary depending on the specific service or package chosen. Please refer to the individual service descriptions on our website for exact pricing and duration details. The applicable base price must be paid prior to starting the work, or at the latest, before the final recording is handed over.

• Overtime & Extras: Exceeding the allotted time frame incurs an overtime fee (as detailed in the specific service description), payable during the final settlement. The base price includes a maximum of three (3) revision rounds on the mixed audio. Any additional requests (e.g., exporting alternative versions, sending project files, post-completion edits, further revisions) are subject to individual agreement and additional fees.

• Deliverables: Upon completion and final payment, the Producer will electronically deliver a 24-bit/44.1kHz WAV file. The Client acknowledges that the final, complete version will only be delivered after the final payment (including all outstanding fees and overtime) is settled.

• Client Obligations: The Client must arrive prepared. This means:

  • The song is selected and sent to the Producer in advance (and will not be changed later).

  •  The instrumental backing track is provided in advance, or the Client is prepared to play it live.

  •  The song is fully practiced, developed, and ready to record.

  •  The Client arrives vocally warmed up.

  •  The Client must not attend the session if suffering from an infectious or contagious illness.​

• Workflow & Quality Control: Following the recording, the Producer and Client will maintain online contact. The Producer will send mp3 demos to shape the track according to the Client's taste within agreed limits. The Producer reserves the right to call the Client back for re-recording to ensure high-quality output. The Producer will only release work that meets the quality standards representing the Studio's name.

• Cancellations & Delays: If the Client cancels less than 24 hours before the session or fails to appear, they must pay a penalty equal to 50% of their selected service's base price before receiving a new appointment. If the Client is late, the lost time is deducted from their recording timeframe.

• Copyright & Liability: The Client declares they have the legal right or necessary permissions to use and record the chosen song. The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage or vandalism they cause to the studio premises or equipment.

• Data Storage: The Producer stores project files from the day of recording until the final handover, after which they are permanently deleted. Extended storage is available upon request for an additional fee.

• Attribution: The Client agrees to tag and mention the Producer (Gábor Mészáros) and Colourful People Vokál Stúdió (@colourfulpeoplestudio) whenever sharing the completed studio work, where platform features allow.

5.5. Spiritual Services

• Age Requirement: By purchasing a reading, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

• Disclaimer: All advice, guidance, consultation, and content provided through these services are solely and strictly for inspirational and entertainment purposes only. They do not replace or substitute for any professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological consulting and care. Take the readings as an extra point of view, not as factual directives.

• Pricing: Each service and package has its own specific price. The exact pricing and detailed information for each package can be found on the individual service's description or listing on our website. The fee for the selected service must be paid in full during booking, prior to the commencement of the service.

• Scope & Method: Readings are based in the "here and now." We do not condone or practice fortune-telling or future prediction. Any suggestions for upcoming periods are strictly informative, as your life unfolds according to your own free will.

• Delivery: Delivery times vary based on the queue and the type of reading, but the expected delivery time is 5 business days. Email readings are delivered via text to the email address provided at booking. Face-to-face readings are scheduled individually. We ask for your patience during periods of high volume.

• Prohibited Topics: We do not conduct readings regarding death, pregnancy, medical health, or the private feelings/intentions of third parties. We reserve the right to reject any questions that violate these boundaries. If questions are rejected, we will contact you to revise the inquiry or initiate a full refund.

• Refund Policy: Aside from rejected inquiries or cancellations initiated by us, all purchases are final. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the service, no refunds are possible once a reading has been delivered.

• Coupons & Sales: Promotional codes must be applied correctly at checkout using the native coupon system. Discounts are subject to advertised limits, expiration dates, and rightfully intended owners. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a discount code is abused or applied outside its intended terms.

6. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

​We collect, store, and process your personal data strictly in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungary’s Right to Informational Self-Determination Act (Act CXII of 2011). Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy (Adatvédelmi Tájékoztató) for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability​

• Our website, services, or communications may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by the Service Provider. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility or liability for, the content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of any third-party entities. You acknowledge and agree that accessing any third-party links is done entirely at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content.

• To the maximum extent permitted by Hungarian law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

•  We do not exclude liability for damages caused intentionally or for breaches of contract resulting in death, or harm to physical integrity or health (Ptk. 6:152. §).

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. User Obligations

As a condition of using our services, you agree to provide accurate information when registering or booking, and you agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (including intellectual property theft or harassment).​

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.

• Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If you are an EU Consumer and we cannot resolve the dispute amicably, you may contact the local Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület) based on your residence, or use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
