We collect only the personal information and media strictly necessary to provide our services and to comply with the law.

  • For Purchases & Invoicing: We collect your name, billing address, and email address to process your order and issue a legally compliant invoice. (Legal Basis: Legal obligation under GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

  • For General Service Delivery (Vocal, Video, Marketing, Music, Makeup): We collect your contact details and the specific media required to fulfill your project. This includes capturing, editing, and storing your audio/voice recordings (for vocal production), video footage and photographs of you (for video making and makeup services), and related brand materials. (Legal Basis: Performance of a contract).

  • For Spiritual, Tarot & Intuitive Services: We collect your age (to verify you are 18+) and any personal details you voluntarily share during consultations to tailor the advice to you. (Legal Basis: Performance of a contract and explicit consent).

  • For Communication: We collect your name, email address, and message content when you contact us. (Legal Basis: Legitimate interest).

3. Data Processors & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or media. We only share essential information with trusted, GDPR-compliant service providers required to operate this business:

  • Wix.com Ltd.: Website hosting, infrastructure, and data storage.

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Stripe): Secure online payment processing. (Note: We do not see, collect, or store your credit card details; this is handled entirely by Stripe).

  • Számlabridge: Automating the secure transfer of billing data between our platform and invoicing software.

  • KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu): Processing billing information to generate and store legal Hungarian invoices.

4. International Data Transfers

While our business is based in Hungary, some of our service providers (such as Wix) operate globally. If your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure it is protected by legally valid transfer mechanisms approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Age Restrictions

  • Spiritual Services: Our spiritual, tarot, and intuitive advice services are strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

  • General Services: Our other services (vocal studio sessions, video production, marketing, music distribution, and makeup) are available to all ages. For clients under the age of 16, processing personal data (including voice and video) legally requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Data Retention

  • Invoicing Data: Kept for 8 years, as strictly mandated by the Hungarian Act C of 2000 on Accounting.

  • Media, Service & Communication Data: Kept for 1 year after our last interaction or the delivery of your final project files, or until you request its deletion (provided no legal obligation prevents us from deleting it).
